Market research fails to fully capture the entirety of our audiences as humans, leading to reports that are data rich and insight poor.
As strategists on a mission to solve this problem for our existing projects, we created a far more intentional & longstanding solution for creating cultural relevance. We called it Glimpse - our cultural insights engine that offers a real world Glimpse into any and all consumer segments. We’ve designed Glimpse to disrupt traditional research methods to put community and our consumers at the center of our thinking - especially those who are overlooked and unaccounted for. Unlike other strategic offerings that depend on the clients to activate, we can utilize Glimpse for our own findings and thought-leadership as an agency.

In 2021, the original ask was to create a “buzzworthy” practice that could help our agency better understand Gen-Z consumers. Since then, we have delved deeper into problems within market research. Through nearly 2 years of ideations & brainstorms sessions refining the structure, offerings, integration, and research methodology, Glimpse has become what it is today.

Conducted extensive competitive research to find what kinds of insights were missing in our industry. From there, my partner & I developed a research methodology that allowed us to understand consumers on a more intimate level and a glimpse into who they are at their core.
