This was an ongoing initiative started by cultural strategists to boost the full agency's cultural fluency. Working in a creative industry it’s imperative to understand the role that brands play in culture, so we periodically sent out to all teams at all offices so we could all have a general idea of some events & trends that were impacting the industries we work with.

    • Directed a team of 4-6 in identifying trends with the potential to impact our clients or their audiences.

    • Kept a close eye on emerging trends via social listening and attending industry events such as Complexcon.

    • Conducted thourough research using tools such as GWI, Statista, Stylus, Pinterest, TikTok and more.

    • Designed interactive report and shared out with all Global Anomaly Offices.

    • Hosted a global discussion session on our end-of-year report with all offices with 300+ attendees from around the world seeking to integrate our insights into their projects.
